I read JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Part 1— Phantom Blood, Vol. 1, and I liked it!
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Part 1—Phantom Blood, Vol. 1 by Hirohiko Araki
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
I finally started my JoJourney!
So far, no big feelings. The art is very outdated. The story was kind of good but slightly generic.
I could relate a bit to Jonathan Joestar in certain moments, which made it easier to get through the story.
However, I understand the best of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure happens later in the story, and I will definitely stick around to see what's coming next.
This volume did end on a bit of a cliffhanger, so I am anxiously waiting for the second volume, which I already have on hold at the library.
I can't wait to read the next one!
